I wanted a bespoke, fully W3C compliant website that was visually dynamic, user friendly and that we owned the copyright to. I got 6 quotes and Empire Elements was the most competitively priced. I was going to go to another more expensive company when Richard convinced me that I did not need to, his company could provide me with what I was after and that I didn't need to pay any more than he was quoting. He was right.
